Hudson Smokehouse opened its doors the first week of March, 2020, in Bronx, NY. Just two weeks later, the pandemic forced our dining room to close. That didn’t stop us—we kept serving the community with takeout and delivery, bringing our BBQ flavors straight to homes. From family cookouts to local BBQ traditions, our food carries that heritage into every dish. We make everything with care and invite everyone to enjoy it.
